Surely Mark and his ever egar band of willing Geeks could manage such a simple task?
Lets face it we wouldnt be missing much if no students could access the site !!

Now it could be coincidental and the "swingers" site is another site but considering the number of twats who have surfaced in the last couple of weeks could this piece of gossip be about SH and have more than a grain of truth in it..?
Good point DOES seem to be a glut of bellends on ere sense a bit more maybe if we dont bite, the little monkeys will find another site to piss of using the taxpayers money.(Fuck I AM turnin into Victor Meldrew)

You cannot, under any circumstances, expect a normal member of the public to read a line that contains the words "mature" and "student" in the same sentance without them looking perplexed and confused.... its almost as unacceptable to the human mind as the words "honest" and "politician" used in conjunction!
LOL - I'm not sure I agree entirely, I can think of a few students on here who are certainly mature and a lot of fun!

I completely agree with the opinion that unis and colleges should ban sites like this from their computers. Computers provided in such places are there for educational purposes only, or should be. If a student wishes to join any particular site for recreational purposes they should use their own computer or public access eg library or internet cafe, not college computers.
Oh and if it wasn't for the students of this world who would do the skilled jobs they work hard to get qualified to do? You can't be a doctor or a lawyer or any sort of professional without learning what to do first. They may be using tax payers money but will pay back a lot more at the end of their courses when they have to pay back their student loans plus the taxes from their earnings once they are qualified.

Seeing as you are happy to tar and feather all students with your opinion, I'm sure you won't mind being branded as an ignorant twat by all the mature students on this site, you know those who have paid into the tax system for years, and now juggle studies, alongside raising a family and trying to provide for said family (quite probably on a lower income that is justifiable for a family). Then having to pay back interest on the loan they've are almost always forced to live on, and paying tax in the new career that they've qualified in!!

if alot more concentrated on their "studies" rather than spend their well earnt time surfing the net at the college or universitys exspense then people like me wouldnt get upset..

Unfortunately students accessing this site from uni funded computers proves the anti student lobby right.
There is no denying that many student work hard and have little spare time or cash. However there are also a number who abuse the system and bring all student into disrepute.

Oh right - lets see now. I work full time and pay taxes. I pay full whack for my studies. I study in what little spare time I have - and yes I do mess around on the internet too -sometimes just to keep me smiling! When I have finished my studies I hope to go onto a better paid job that will mean me paying MORE tax.
I also know a lot of younger people who are putting themselves through uni and have to work as well-but still never manage to quite have enough money to feed themselves properly!
You really know how to make friends and influence people don't you! :x
