My Nickname (from just about birth as my full name is such a long one, and double barreled) has been AP, Got into PC's back in the good old days, and my handle/tag became TheApe, stuck ever since.
Mine is a hangover to when Morbius and I used to go on IRC a lot (and I mean a lot). I was called another name though and he was playing around in a naughty chatroom. Ally McBeal was on the TV so I changed my nick to Calista and went in the room and "hit" on him 
He had no idea until he typed something and I giggled and he clicked that it was me :evil2: I kept the nick to remind him (bitch that I am)

well when we first started out on here we were "new" in our "30s" and a "cpl" 
we wanted shy30scpl but it had already gone :sad:
people who dont know us always say "oh your not new like name suggests"
but we still see ourselves as newbies (were still shy though)
but people who do know us often abbreiviate our names to the sexy lady and the ginger tosser
or "news" for short

I chose my name as i used to be Miss Slut but due to an internet stalker I had to change it and as I like it doggy style I thought lassy:dunno:

I used to be sandybeach1, Sandy is actually my name the rest of it came from a nickname given me by a friend from work, then after meeting my lovely BMW-biker we became a couple but still had my own name, now we have totally taken the plunge and i`ve become mrs-bmw :inlove:
