No i don't think it is and i think thats a good idea as it stops people from just moving around the site collecting everyones video's
I think the site software converts the video's to flash does it??

I believe the videos can only be recorded off the webcam. However, if you have a digital camcorder with DV in/out, you can connect it via Firewire and it will be recognised as a webcam. Then all you need to do is record your movie onto the camcorder via the DV in, and play it back with it selected as the webcam, and record to the website.
Not every digital camcorder has DV in though, due to it being disconnected because of an old EC tariff on imported video recorders.
Tony has a camcorder connected to his tv card that can be recognized as a webcam, real nice quality picture you get with it, works on instant messengers but not in chatroom though
Our video's we have on SH we already had on our pc so we had to burn them to disk play them on the portable dvd player and point the camcorder at the screen while it was plugged in to the tv card
bit long winded i know but we wanted to stick the vids on we already had :lol: Shaz x
