Video Sizes have been reduced to get u to pay for Extras

Has anyone else noticed that in the last 24 hours the videos service has been altered for existing members. They have reduced the size of the video that you can view to a lot smaller than that which we already had and to see the videos in a larger format we are now being asked to pay for the Extras package?
Not fair.

For the past 12 months, we've unknowingly allowed non-Extra members to view videos in higher quality and size, which we accept full responsibility for. An oversight in the site code allowed this to happen.
Coinciding with the new gallery that has been updated at midday today, this bug was rectified.
Viewing videos in higher quality and size has always been a featured included in Heaven Extras since we launched these in 2006.
Our apologies for the confusion that this may have caused you.

It never hurts to ask. However trust me, you'll be compensated with the additions to Extras in the new chat room.

Its not just the videos that have changed, Try to have a look in the gallery,makes you feel sea sick with the yo-yo effect. Another feature added to the "DONT BOTHER" list.
If the list gets any longer then just have to go free view.

Mmmm. I've got smaller videos too, and the screen now keeps trying to show me lots of pictures 'similar' to the one(s) I really wanted to see! If I'd wanted them I'd have searched for them!
Pity that I wasn't aware the service was going to be worsened before I decided to subscribe (without the extra cost of "Extras"). Most online services advise their customers before such changes are made...
Not impressed at all!! (especially the gallery rewrite)!

You can turn off this display by selecting the information (I) icon.

I looked at some videos once :shock: Then we got extras and I looked at the videos and they were still the same size confused

I can see slightly bigger video screen.....
Only 1 server???
What the room size limit?
Whats The room number limit?
What are the advantages of paying the extras membership?

The reply from Admin that the reduced video size for non Extras members was an unfortunate mistake is a joke.
It is just another way to get our money,its a pity it was not mentioned when we rejoined.
You could have worded it REJOIN SWINGING HEAVEN, THINK YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE SAME SERVICE BUT NOT UNLESS YOU TAKE EXTRAS.
A blatant con.

So don't take extras. If you're that unhappy, don't rejoin when your subscription is renewable. Nobody is forcing you to pay anything, after all. dunno

Another one of those 'if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it' moments.
And a major fail. Have to agree with a couple of the other posters about
this being all about grabbing your money.
This is ALL SH is about these days - grabbing money. Very sad.

I actually applaud them for trying to improve the site, but agree that they are ALL about the money. The parent company, Symbios, develop all kinds of web software from ringtones to chatrooms, and customer care seems LOW on their list. I reckon it's a safe bet that the changes have MORE to do with increasing their revenues than providing their customers with a better service!
Having just spoken to them on the phone I can confirm that they show NO remorse for causing problems to their customers. I was told "It's our prerogative to run the site however we want to run it". Nice, eh?
