Viewing Photos On Profiles

Hi All
Can somebody please help?
When looking at profiles we cannot view the photographs and all that appears is a small red square. When we right click on it and click show picture nothing happens. We have no problems watching videos on SH but cannot access any pics. I randomly tried a porno site to see if there was something blocking 'dirty' pics but they opened without a problem. I asked amin who suggested it could be my PC security such as Macafee but i have tried 2 x laptops and my PC and all with the same result but all with different security, Norton, AVG Free and Macafee.
I did have my BT broadband connection down a week or so ago and had to ring the help centre to reset the PC in order to restore broadband and it is since then we have experienced this problem!
It applies to all pictures, even our own on our account settings
Does anybody have any suggestions as although I am not very 'techy' minded I have tried everything i can think of without success.

What browser are you using on all of the PC's you've tested with?
Why did you have to reset your PC to restore internet? That doesn't make any sense unless you've been infected with malware during that time.
There's a good chance it's down to security patches being installed and removed on internet explorer due to you doing a system restore.
Do a windows update etc and a malware scan.
If one is running firefox and that seems to be working, try either all run firefox or restore internet explorer to it's factory default settings (Through 'tools', 'Internet Options', 'Advanced', 'Reset').
