After a topic in the chatroom this morning I trhought I would open this up to your views. xx

I feel in my opinion that cock pics are not what I look for in an ad. xx

I think people can become very judgemental with these pics which I feel this is greatly unfair xx
The feeling when you read the ads is really important as to whether ur comfortable with what you read and not just looking at the pics. xx

We only ever ask for face pics....
We assume that all guys have got a cock so what it looks like is not of premier importance.
We wont meet anyone without first seeing a good clean defined face pic.

Can't see the point of a cock pic, or a pussy pic for that matter. When you go to meet someone, you'd obviously look out for them by their face, not their genitalia..wouldn't you confused

The reason we ask for a facial pic is because unless there is a sexual attraction there for me then we wont meet.... Obviously the same applies to couples and then they would have to appeal to Steve as well..
I actually dislike cock pics, I would much prefer to see a "whole package" picture as that is what I base my attraction on... Now this brings us to the subject of people being judgemental on the basis of a picture...
There are two ways of viewing a person... No 1 - For friendship No 2 - sexually
If I am looking at a person and viewing them as a potential friend then the packaging doesn't matter one bit, it's what's inside and the personality that matters to me...
If I am looking at a person sexually then th packaging does matter....
So I could be called judgemental, but the fact remains that I will not have any intimate contact with someone that does not appear attractive to ME... And that is the difference... Everyone has their own perception of attractive so while I think my hubby is extreemly attractive someone else may not agree...
It's a fact of life that evryone will be judgemental at some point in their lives, but I sincerely hope that it is only in a sexual way and never about the person as a whole...

I thought I had one on mine, but on checking last night whilst talking to someone on MSN about my ad I realised I didn't.

I totally agree with everything that's been said about cock pics and like Funin, I prefer to find out for myself what a guy has in his trousers wink

When we put our profile on the ads pages about 10 days ago, we received over 100 replies within less than a day and about 75% of those had cock pics, even though our ad clearly states that I don't like them rolleyes

Cosmetic looks matter little to me, nor does the size of a guys cock. I could only ever have sex with guys I find attractive in personaility.

I have a couple of cock pics in my ad, but reading what you folks are saying has made me think about removing them, although I wouldn't replace them with a face photo in case someone I know recognises me!
I always privately send a face photo to those who request one mind you, and I do have a body shot (without my face) that has my cock in it, do women find these more acceptable?

It never even occurred to me to point my camera at my genitals and press the shutter, until about last Christmas when I was browsing the Q/A bit of AFF. There was a question about why folks weren't getting replies to their ads, so I viewed it (because I wasn't), and one of the pieces of advice given was to include a cock-picture so "the women can see what they're getting".
Sounded pretty weird to me, but I had a go at snapping a few - but I never put them online because they look rather... unenticing.

Being bi I would never reply to an ad from a guy that didn't have a cock pic in it, I do want to see exactly what I'm getting (then again I am particularly fussy about the cocks that I play with!) so maybe I thought that women would think along the same lines.
Also I never pay any attention to ads from women who don't have some kind of picture. Again I like to see what I'm getting, plus I like women who are fairly forward so I often think that if they're not bold enough to post a photo of themselves then they're not bold enough to meet for fun. (Of course that's just what I think remember, I know it's not true of everyone).
