Virgin certainly are up for a bit haggling. We had the 20mg broadband, TV and phone line for £27 for the last 12 months. They have just put it up to £32 but its still a good deal.
Just be aware though, if you do haggle/change your price, they do put you back on a 12 month contact so you cant walk away wink
