I'm just sat here with iTunes on shuffle whilst I attempt to finish a work project. I happen to be listening to the Stereophonics at the mo. I love Kelly Jones' voice; it's gravelly and kinda 'real' and sounds like he is raw and rather sexy.
It made me think of voices. (Not necessarily singing voices!) What makes a sexy voice?
I like deep voices. Earthy, knowing voices. I like people with musical tones to their voice. There are some voices I could listen to all day either because of the tone or their accent.
What makes a sexy voice for you? Or does it not feature on your sexy radar?

At the moment, anything by Kings of Leon certainly does it for me. Anthony Caleb just as this voice that makes my knees go weak, and it may sound odd, but makes me feel so dam naughty redface

I also find some of the older stuff by Nickleback does it for me as well, but I think it is the raspy, gravelly voices which I find so down right sexy and they just turn me on so much (and I mean physically turn me on)

Oh yes, he really does it for me :twisted:
Another one who has an amazing voice, and when he sings 'rock' does it for me, is Russel Watson. He has an amazing voice doing opera etc but that doesnt have the same impact, but listen to this

but again, it is the gravelly, raspy voice.
My knees are going weak thinking about it, need to go and read another thread quickly :wink:

i was saying today to gary how sexy i think kelly jones voice is and i used the same words about it ... gravelly smile

we are playing their CDs a lot at the moment cus we are going to see them in cardiff in june, cant wait been ages since we last saw them .. march lol
so sexy mmmmmmmm :)
kings of leon sound sexy too but in a different way
however i love garys voice and think he sounds so sexy, when i first heard him speak he sounded gorgeous and i couldnt wait to meet him and do norty things with him :)

I have to say other than the obvious one three other voices do it for me
If i close my eyes i can hear them and see them singing i guess i wont be the only one who has instant video playback
The first persons voice i have a thing for is Lorraine McIntosh singer with Deacon Blue , may be its the lips or the lisp like quality. I feel the bright blue eyes the mad cap dancing helps to.

Next up is Kate Bush maybe controversial but its the lingering notes and range the whisper,many think its the high pitch of Wuthering Heights but listen to King of the mountain

And then you have the sexiest voice ever Stevie Nicks its pure sex and emotion i say no more.

One of the finest rock voices ever was stilled yesterday.
Ronnie James Dio (Rainbow, Black Sabbath/Heaven And Hell, Dio) passed away after a battle with stomach cancer.
RIP Ronnie, you legend.
