i remembered - it was a glass of pumpkin juice with a squeeze of lime.

I was always told this was not completely accurate. The version I was told was that the average man would produce 7cc, and with the band being so much better than the average man, they would produce 10cc!

Now I've reached my mid 40's my volume has decreased and I miss not being able to spurt 3 or 4 feet with a gush. Unless I bank it up for a few days then it's more of a trickle than a spurt.
Can't take the "ralgex" advice seroiusly but will up my intake of avacados and pomegranite juice!
