I think these are questions you should be posing primarily to your GP and, if he suggests it, the police. I don't think anyone here would be remotely qualified to answer you.
You could have been spiked.
You could have been abducted by aliens.
You could have succumbed to an underlying medical condition.
You could have lots of things, but the suggestion of going to your doctors and then the police is the correct one

So you may have been spiked and your wife potentially went with two blokes hmmm hmmmm :lol2: As well as the GP and Police maybe ask questions closer to home too.
Or a hole where your kidney used to be
Just see your doctor, you don't want it happening again.
Had a simular thing a few years back.
Was out with friends, 2 pints of lager I was out of it!
Went back to my tent(we were camping) and went to bed.
Woke up in the morning and I had wet the bed and could not remember a thing.
I think I was spiked once, but the way it turned out I'm glad I was. Went out with some mates and a girl I was getting close with. She and I each had a discount voucher for 5 bottles for one place which we had. She bought hers first and went over to a table while I bought mine and shared them out with my mate. When we sat down she gave me one of her bottles and that's all I remember until I woke up the next afternoon. The next couple of days are a bit of a blur too. It was the only drink I'd had that night except a bottle of Bulmers before leaving the flat. I'm glad it happened to me because it means it didn't happen to her, which was presumably the point.
I'll never forget Mrs T and her mates going out for a night in Elgin, Moray. I dropped them off and 20 minutes later she called me back. her friend was spiked, and it was bloody obvious, but the door staff chucked her out and wouldn't even call an ambulance!
Note to all: failure of emergency services is not a red rag to a bull in my case, its a whole fucking world of red!
