went away recently and cant remember anything (not a thing)- entered this pub on way back to hotel, ordered a pint and wine couple of sips and nothing ! apparentley wife says i fell over and had to be carried to taxi (i dont know -said 2 guys had to carry me to room - don't know) i don't know anything till she woke me up closing door (thought it was bathroom but could've been room door and she was still dressed same clothes, then changed. apparentley all she said was why did i try and fob her off onto two guys (havent a clue and she decided to drop it as i had no memory, still dont, monder if she did go with just so scary having absolutely no memory of that night from entering pub and usually stuff starts to come back - but absolutely nothing has so far and i've been suffering with cold sweats and really sticky mouth since - could i have been spiked ?
I think these are questions you should be posing primarily to your GP and, if he suggests it, the police. I don't think anyone here would be remotely qualified to answer you.
You could have been spiked.
You could have been abducted by aliens.
You could have succumbed to an underlying medical condition.
You could have lots of things, but the suggestion of going to your doctors and then the police is the correct one

So you may have been spiked and your wife potentially went with two blokes hmmm hmmmm :lol2: As well as the GP and Police maybe ask questions closer to home too.

Look on the bright side.........
it doesn't sound like you woke up with a sore arse 'ole!
Just see your doctor, you don't want it happening again.
Had a simular thing a few years back.
Was out with friends, 2 pints of lager I was out of it!
Went back to my tent(we were camping) and went to bed.
Woke up in the morning and I had wet the bed and could not remember a thing.
I think I was spiked once, but the way it turned out I'm glad I was. Went out with some mates and a girl I was getting close with. She and I each had a discount voucher for 5 bottles for one place which we had. She bought hers first and went over to a table while I bought mine and shared them out with my mate. When we sat down she gave me one of her bottles and that's all I remember until I woke up the next afternoon. The next couple of days are a bit of a blur too. It was the only drink I'd had that night except a bottle of Bulmers before leaving the flat. I'm glad it happened to me because it means it didn't happen to her, which was presumably the point.

That's really nice! Getting a positive from a negative situation. I like your thinking. smile
I'll never forget Mrs T and her mates going out for a night in Elgin, Moray. I dropped them off and 20 minutes later she called me back. her friend was spiked, and it was bloody obvious, but the door staff chucked her out and wouldn't even call an ambulance!
Note to all: failure of emergency services is not a red rag to a bull in my case, its a whole fucking world of red!
We went to social in Bristol just as we were able to come back onto the scene. Mrs had had two drinks at home and an hours break after. Arrived at said social went upstairs and ordered drinks from the waitress. One drink more and Mrs Tweekys on the floor which is not uncommon for her but certainly is after three drinks. Later noticed that the drinks the waitress brings get left on the bar downstairs unattended in the area where the general public are. We got told Mrs Tweeky had 15 mins to get off the floor or we had to leave as if she dies they can be held responsible, nice. We had to leave lol
Second occasion the munch we hosted in Bristol. Towards the end of the night I am drunk but not legless still a firm grip on things as it were. Barman says to me "Ive a special treat for you!" and gives me a drink. Not even thinking I drink it. Thats the last thing I remember from that point on until waking up in my front garden being sick over my own legs. There are three people that know what happend from the pub onwards, Mrs Tweeky and Mr and Mrs Couplefun, Ive never asked  I was 35 at the time I'm a fairly heavy drinker and not been sick via alchol since I was 17. Maybe this was a dig at me not telling them exactly what the event was  but they knew by the end of the evening. Maybe it was just me dunno its possible.
The overall advice has to be, it happens so be careful.
