Anyway, does anyone have one of those Dyson washing machines? They're bloody huge compared to most washing machines but are they any good? I've got a Dyson vacuum cleaner and think it's brill !!!

Don't be embarissed... I fell in love with the idea of one of those washing machines when I saw the advert... only problem is it costs about 3 times as much as my car!!!... In fact it was a very similar feeling to the one I had when I saw the Nissan 350Z advert.... which costs 25 times as much as my car, but only goes 10 times faster and looks 100 times more cool.

I want one too! I love all the brightly coloured Dyson stuff! My vacuum cleaner is purple and yellow how cool is that (well for a vacuum cleaner anyway.......

I'm no fan of soaps (as people may gather from my other contributions to this thread
).......but I understand that in The Archers there is only one cow! So no matter where you are in their village, or which farm you are on, it is always the same cow you can hear mooing in the background. Not sure but they may have another cow by now.

Hi people,
In response to the original question about people not having washing machines in Eastenders, I actually read on the EE website, (although can't find it now on there) the reason was something like this........
It was decided to have the launderette in the square to give the area another central meeting place, just to give a bit more variety to the Vic, the Cafe etc. It could be used for people to meet/catch up on the gossip etc whilst doing an every day chore.
Ok.......I'll go now, cause it's really sad that I know this info.........
