Hi,
In recent times I have experienced the website freezing altogether from yesterday evening until about noon today and other occasions of the Photo Ads section freezing as it is now and it has done so several times in the last couple of weeks and getting progressively worse over the last week. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have a solution? I use IE for this web site.

I used to have lots of probs with the site crashing etc but then I switched to Firefox rather than Explorer. Soooo much better.

I use firefox for most things but keep my swinging activities completely separate as I need to be discreet.
Perhaps the admin may take note as I see no reason why the website should be dysfunctional on IE but not on firefox at the same time. I have not had these problems at the same time with other swinging web sites that I use.
I do agree, however, that firefox is very much better to use than IE.

I'm no expert but have you made sure that your firewall will allow firefox?
I had problems too, initially, but it was a relative who sorted it out for me so I cannot be of much use to you there.
You could try googling for firefox as you may find various fixes for the problems there.

I had a spell the night before last when I couldn't access the servers for about 30 minutes, but apparently the site was up as other people could, so I was wondering if maybe it was a router playing up somewhere, earlier this evening the front end servers crashed, so there was a definite issue then which we were able to sort out, but if there's ongoing issues we would like to know, as any detail you can give us will help us to track down where the issue is.
Now you mention photo ads table, would you let me know exactly what you saw, I did think that there would be a big gap in the newest ads, I went through them all looking at the times they were posted, just in case I could find some missing ie http://photos.swingingheaven.co.uk/photo-adverts/category-17-99.html
There was a gap earlier when the servers went down, but I couldn't find a gap for this afternoon, it may be that people were happily updating them and you didn't get to see them or something else, hence this post
