Does anyone ever use a webcam for any other purpose than to have adult fun? My present PC came with one and I can't see me using it for any other reason to use it than to have some sexy fun with others.
The last time I was in PC World there was a huddle of people looking at the various models on sale, but they were virtually all couples and maybe I assumed too much as my thoughts turned naughty!!
I'm sure some people do use it to keep in touch with familiy etc, but I would imagine the prime use is between horny adults. Or am I wrong?

OK, so I've lived a one-track life! Everytime I've suggested keeping in touch by webcam, though, I've received a silent response and the query "why do you have a webcam"? As if they knew what I prefer doing with it!

I use it primarily for or MSN ... talking to family, parents especially who I think it's nice to see at the same time as I'm talking to them and vice versa.

I used to work for a company that sold very techy sensors. One of them was a colour sensor, and I had to do a demonstration as to how accurate it was. The job was to detect the edge of the black paper label against the background of the black tango bottle.
It worked very successfully, and rather than drive for hours to repeat the demo to the engineering manager the following day, I recorded a webcam demo and mailed it down to them.
Won the order, bought a better cam :-)
