Although not many of you know us...we have been around for a while and weve seen first hand the support that you great people give each other..........well were not expecting any comments really and fully expect this to be locked through lack of posts....
but weve got to tell everyone we know...and as you lot are such an important part of our life here goes
..........a few weeks ago we mentioned in a thread that the bravest person we know is my "our". ickle sister (14 now) , the reason she`s so brave...well she was diagnosed with hodgekins (cancer of the lymphatic system).(stage 4). she has never once frowned or moaned..has always kept a smile on her face, is the most positive person in the whole world, she is strong in the face of the crippiling `chemo`, she cant even walk or write properly yet still found the time to dictate a letter to my (daves) mum....to be sent to tony blair (which was a scathing attack btw :giggle: ), she even kept the cancer a secret in october when we were married, so as to not spoil our day and we were told when we returned from honeymoon, (she is the best bridesmaid that we could have hoped to have ), when she lost all her hair....you`d think for a 14 year old pretty girl ..that losing her hair would be the end of the world! but no! she jokes about it with my mum (daves) she takes the piss saying she looks like Golum (lord of the rings) every time we see her me and mrs ninja and my (our) sister are in fits of giggle all the time, i really wish all of you have someone as positive an influence as her in your lives, she truly is an  .........................................
right to the good news...........all of her tumors (4) have disappeared finally so she has a short stint with the chemo, then she`l be on the mend.........now i dont imagine this news will have an effect on many of you but we just heard the news of my mum (daves), and our hearts jumped 100 mph out of our mouths.....we were and still are gobbsmacked, happy, joyfull, amazed :thrilled: :smile2: ....and we truly believe that her positive approach and amazing attitude has beaten this illness ....thanks for listening you lot ...and sorry if you fell  :D
