now, dont get me wrong, but i'm feeling like a school boy, full of nerves and excitement..
i am arranging to meet someone this weekend, and, although i have met quite a few other people before, i have not been this nervous or as excited before, has anyone else had this sort of experience???
is it me, or what???
all i can say, it's a great feeling biggrin

i never meet before somebody but i think its normal dude so just relax and dont push the person, in the end they r the ones who have more experience ......good luck and tell us later how that goes have fun smackbottom

we get that feeling every time we meet sum1 new, do u not think it adds to the excitement?

Agree with the above - have met quite a few people in the last few years and always get that nervous tension building up. Definately a couple of drinks and an early joke about the situation tend to calm things down!!

teppic this its the formula to calm down little bit; three shots of whisky and one tequila with salt and lemmon that work for me when and nervous :jagsatwork: but watch out dont get drunk!!!! good luck dude

I though I had got over the "meeting nerves" till recently, when Imet someone I was reallt interested in and then it was just like being right back to Meet No1, butterflies the lot!!!!
Sometimes I think that the more you get to "know" someone on the net the harder it is to mmet them but then its also easier!!

The feeling of meeting someone new, the addrenalin rush, butterfly's flying around in your stomach, nerves, excitment, worry's mmmmmm what a great feeling very addictive biggrin

Not met anyone from here yet, but when I do it'll be in a pub and no promises so I think it'll be OK.
I imagine if you're meeting someone you've never met and are expecting to get straight down to it, it would be a bit nerve wracking?

Everytime i meet someone new off here i am nervous, having said that a first date with someone not on here is just the same so we all go through it, it part of life's little game.
