Essentially, 'Extras':
- allows you to see who's looked at your profile (all the 'secret' bi guys) who will be of no interest to you based on your profile.
- makes your ads. coloured
- and gives you access to a Chat server that I've never used
It does a few more other things too that I've never used and probably never would. Premium membership (one down from Extras) is also paid for and means that people can send and receive messages and access Chat I think.

ok sorry about that but this taken from the link as to what is included .....
1 highlighted adds ... makes ya ads different colour to non extras members (makes it stand out)
chat pack extras .... special symbol next to your name in chat showing you have extra, access to extras lounge that non extras members dont have ... not really used unless chat cocks up and wont let you in any other way
video profiles .... allows you to record 12 video profiles to be sure you get noticed above text adverts .. also allows larger to view videos of others
photo tools .... allows you to adjust your pics, blur faces etc
profile gene ... allows you to see who viewed your profile last ... good 1 for the perves as you can mail them back
send 30 winks a day instead of the standard 10
high profile .... an additional 9 themes for your profile to choose from
priority support ... allows you to attach a high priority to any support questions to admin via the support link ... dont think much of this as normal priority gets ace response
view up to 5 web cams in chat instead of standard 2 ..... the best feature for paying for extras
upload up to 250 pictures instead of standard 12 ..... i cannt be bothered looking past 2 pages of pics to be honest
i hope this helps a bit more ... only 3 features i see as worth paying that is the number of cams you can view in chat and larger vidoes if thats what your into, also to see who last viewed your profile if like me your nosy lol ..... even after this i still dont think its worth as much as is charged but thats only an opinion i know my partner misses his extras
