what do you look for first in a swinging partner/partners?

after something that was whispered in my ear about 6am this morning got me thinking, do people have a particular something that they look for
eg personality, sense of humour, ability to hold body in yoga positions for long periods of time? you can even be shallow and say penis size ladies lol.
im definately a personality person, i like to find interesting people first i think, but also being nicely presented is another thing that springs to mind.

looks are not important to me, i normally got for a person who i can easly talk to, who is fun and got a good sence of humour.... end of the day looks can catch the eye, but you need more than that to reel a person in!
