In terms of that being the very last thing I expected to find I have to echo this. When I joined I knew next to nothing about swinging, or swingers, and as such was very naive. ((( Some might say I still am in many respects? ))) I imagined that swingers must by definition be deep thinkers posessed of deep emotional intelligence, to have so gone against societal norms and opened up their relationships to third parties. It came as quite a shock when I eventually realised they can be every bit as petty and close-minded as the rest of society, quite often claiming this particular personal liberty for themselves while being seemingly unprepared to extend to others a similar freedom in other areas. Sexuality would be just one example where you'll frequently find some are not nearly so open-minded as I once imagined, which seems completely at odds with 'the lifestyle' for want of a better word.
