If it was not for a chance visit to a Cafe bar in Coventry for a mid morning cuppa. They were playing music I had never heard before, but wanted to hear again and again.

Bluexxx. You don't normally reply to music threads, I don't normally want to post them, it was just a brilliant day of listening to music. But you replied which makes everything cooler than than cool.
Everyone else, when I eventually am able to get to a munch, (KitKat Know why travel is difficult at the mo) I would love to be able to put some CD's together as a momento.
I don't know about anyone else but, my memories are always associated with music. (Bluexx said " blast from the past")

Music is the soundtrack to our lives.
It's VE day today and the telly is showing Vera Lynn singing. So many men and women who got through it associate her music with memories.
