Everyone has a sense of humour (apart from those that dont :undecidedsmile Mine unfortunately includes human error, you know the sort of thing, someone falling over blah blah blah, but I also love it when comedians take an everyday mundane situation and dissect it for the humour content.
My favourites are:
The fella that does Jonathan Creek
Jack Dee
There's an Irish bloke with floppy hair who I love, but can't remember his name.
And I also Loooove Peter Kay....
What pushes your buttons and who?
Peter Kay.
The Young Ones/Bottom.
And people who aren't trying to be funny, but are.
Peter Kay
Tommy Cooper
Freddie Starr
Morcambe n Wise
Laurel n Hardy
Harold Lloyd
Benny Hill (bollocks to PC diversity rubbish)
Top Gear Trio (May Hammond Clarkson)
A fair few others as well
I agree with Frekledbird. The young ones.
Faulty Towers is still very funny. Brilliant.
Joe pasquale

at the moment... it is my son... his voice is breaking. And in a very supportive way. I repeat everything he says back to him in exactly the same tonality. I scream with laughter..

Everything from old silent films, Keaton, Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy etc, right through to up to the minute cutting edge stuff. To be honest I don’t think comedy changes much as the years go on, other than some of the once subjects become ok and some of the ok subjects become .
Oh, and you have me in stitches sometimes, you are just soooooo Blonde. kiss

Dawn French in the Vicar of Dibley.
I much prefer sit com than stand up comics although I could listen to Dave Allen or Jasper Carrot for hours.

I expect he made more people laugh than would care to admit in this pc diversity age we live in yet the carry on films remain popular :dunno:
Right im off up the tip
all of the above plus bill bailey...laurel and hardy make me laugh the loudest...but they person who coined the term "marital aids" as to be up there with them...it makes me smile every time i say it!!
Alan Davies who did Jonathon creek Firelizard use to like him too shame he cut down the stand up to do TV work
DD - Dave Allen worship
For me Stand up: Jim Davidson (needs new material though) Jack Dee, Peter Kay for a few.
Sit com: Blackadder (2nd series is best), Men behaving badly, One foot in the grave.
Other: Also love watching people fall over and anything like Trigger happy tv, swag, Balls of steal, Scare tactics.
Read this kind of topic before theough and I still cant belive we get nearly one page and no one mentions LEE EVANS, the guys a God probably the best about sells out everywhere but never get a mention in forum threads.
Mrs Tweeky: Not really into stand up besides Lee Evans, loves Mr Bean and Bottom.
ross noble, russell brands radio show, black books (and dylan moaran and bill bailey in general), league of gentlemen, coupling, will ferrall movies, eddie izzard, blackadder, god theres loads!
Funny stuff! But apart from the people/programmes already mentioned, the one, the only, Billy Connolly worship

What makes me laugh, other peoples misfortune as friends certainly have a laugh at mine....I still get stick for the time I was walking home from school and a passing van hit me, tore the bag off my shoulder and disappeared up the road with all my coursework in...the teachers thought it was an excuse but thankfully everyone I know saw it happen.
Yep, 15 years later and they're still taking the piss ;-)
gotta be that American chap...
...oh wassisname?
..hang on... you know him for sure, he plays brilliantly with the use of language..
has many many people howling with laughter just at the moment his stand-up routine begins...
it'll come to me... he's a modern contemporary.. still making quite a few appearances these days, can be a tad contraversial...
