My partner and I are going to visit a club in a couple of weeks time for the first time. I read the thread on what to wear for the chaps out there (I laughed alot!) and realised that I have no real idea what to wear myself!
We are both new to this scene and are looking forward to meeting others, but as yet I don't know of anyone personally who has been to a club before to give me the lowdown!

We asked the same question - for the same reason. As little as possible seems to be the stock reply. Did have one helpful comment about nipples from a certain nameless individual!
If you look on the La Chambre website - they actually have quite a lot about the dress code. I have still booked 3 days off work to help Kit try on everything in her wardrobe, and then another day to go shopping!
Basically, if you feel sexy in it, wear it.
um, bearing in mind you asked for advice from those that have been there, and I havn't. Just thought it might help to know that nobody else knows what to wear either!

Wear what you feel comfortable in. If you feel good in sexy gear, wear that, if you would feel self-conscious in it, don't. I leave the sexy gear to my girlie-boys, and at clubs I don't dress up, I just go in undies and a t-shirt or something like that. Some girls even go so far as wearing nothing but a towel in the public areas. It's entirely your call, as long as it's not street-wear the club staff won't have a problem. One point - just check that the club you choose isn't holding a fetish night on the night you plan to go, or else you may end up feeling under-dressed
