I love being awake around 5-6am to hear the dawn chorus all the birds wake up and sing and around me it so silent and still. It is just such a calm time and a good start to the hustle and bustle of the day ahead and always put me in a calm mood for when everyone else starts to stir.
Not that I am always awake this early in the morning but I really enjoy it when I am.
I don’t like a mad rush in the mornings I like to ease them in gently with a couple of cups of coffee in silence to gather my thoughts and plans for the day ahead.

the only times I am awake at dawn (except for jobrelated traveling reasons, that is) is when I haven't gone to bed at all..which means I probably had a good night, one way or the other, and I'm enjoying the dawn to cap it off, before going to bed.
definitely a night owl.
I like to see the sun rise. A little cloud turned pink or peach, a hill, long shadows, the first touch of warm rays.
10am.
In the winter it's light by then smile
In summer it's not too hot then cool
During term time, I can go outside and hear kids having fun in the distance wink
It's a good time for a coffee and something sweet if I feel the need confused
One day, when I no longer have to open my shop on Sundays, it'll be my favourite time for a quickie again
Bed time innocent
Early morning, one of the things I love best is walking through a city centre before the palce comes to life. I try and do it where ever I go.
Being a night owl I like watching the sun rise... :giggle: before I have gone to bed bolt
I'm a night owl (and never sleeps very well) but I do love the early mornings. If I'm away on me hols I'm up before anyone else and out walking an watching the day awaken.
I love going out for a walk late at night as well - often seen walking round my local neighbourhood at 2am in the morning.
Neighbours think I'm weird anyway - not far wrong either! confused :?
I like the morning..............it smells of victory rolleyes
Sunrise... sunset
Sunrise... sunset
Swiftly fly the years...
Early mornings - but ONLY when I'm on holiday.
Sitting outside or on the deck of a boat on the Norfolk Broads, with a mug of tea and a thick bacon sandwich. Everyone else is shut up in bed, there's just me and the fresh air and the bacon.
Oh, and setting off in the boat at am and creating just a 'little' bow wave as I pass the sleeping boat-neighbours. : innocent
depends what time of year it is i guess
winter - cold morning, cold nights, i like night, all the blinds shut, heating and fire on, snuggled up on the couch in front of the tv.
summer i love mornings and evenings, well when we actually get a summer, less clothing, the warmth of the sun on the skin
spring i love the mornings, listening to the birds singing, especially blackbirds
autumn i love the daytime, walking amongst the colours of all the leaves etc, all wrapped up warm bracing against the chill

Early mornings in the spring/summmer.
Also those balmy summer evenings. Come home from work and get to the beach for BBQ for tea! Then home just as sun setting- bliss. I'm sure these nights are whenI have the best sleep.

Early morning....For the birdsong that erupts the other side of my bedroom window. Also for the scent of the earth that changes as the season changes.
Early afternoon....For the different types of light that bathe the countryside around here.
Early evening....For the pink clouds that hover above the Black Mountains at sunset.
Night...For the owls that call each other across the valley in the small hours.
