Confidence does it for me Kaz, i love a partner who knows, what they want, how they want it and where they want it and are not frightened to tell me loudly i am doing it right.
Also there has to be connection, on all levels mentally,physically and also comically as i like a good laugh, life is far too serious.

I enjoyed sex far more when I stopped worrying what I looked/sounded like and just got into it. From the response I got, it improved the whole experience. Maybe that is it - just enjoy it and stop worrying.
Obviously you can't disregard your partner's enjoyment, but you can certainly spend too much energy etc trying to do wht you think is right rather than what you want.

I have consulted the Lady and for her on a meet, the elements that make good sex great, is first physical attraction, some kind of connection/chemistry with the person, and longevity during sex, the Lady really like's sex to last a good couple of hours.

but for me a major one that has changed the sex from being just good to fantastic is the friendship, teasing and the openess of the people that i play with.....now if someone could just tell me that they want me to wear my sponge bob glow in the dark pants then it would just made my day come alive biggrin
