This isn't a my-mate-but-was-really-me story .. this actually happened.....
Years ago, (almost feel like saying Once Upon A Time there hehehe), a mate of mine got pissed up and went home to bed. He decided to have a five knuckle shuffle whilst reading his fave porn mag but promptly fell asleep half way through the dirty deed. His mag fell on top of his hand, which was, of course, holding his todger.
When he awoke the next morning there was no sign of the mag, which he thought odd coz he did remember doing it. He showered, dressed and with trepidation went down for breakfast. At the brekkie table was himself, his mum, his sis and his dad.............. he sat down and settled into his cornflakes when his dad piped up ...... 'Good night, son?! ....... he replied...... 'Yup, was excellent, dad!' .... dad retorted with ...... 'Thought so, btw, I put ya book away for ya!!!'
I'd fecking die of embarrassment if that was me!!! (WHICH IT AIN'T)
C'mon guys.. ever been caught wanking?? I haven't ...... Yet!!!
Not caught on my own redface
Was in the middle of enjoying a rather splendid quicky while back from uni with a "friend", when low and behold, my mother tramples in without even a knock at the door!..
All 3 of us froze to the spot, until I, in total and sheer humilation, grabbed the duvet that had been cast aside, and rolled off the bed covering my self up, leaving my partner in crime, left on all fours looking back over her shoulder at my horrified mother!!.
after regaining the power of speech, my mother looked down at me and told me I had a phone call, to which I responded in a some what trembling voice, that I would call them back!...
Door was closed, and we legged it out of the house after getting dressed, to go to her's for the next week!.......
Funnily enough, didn't last, but my mother never brought it up, surprisedops: cheers mum xx
ohh i've got a story a bit like that
a couple of years ago i had a couple round at mine and we had gone up 2 my bedroom for a shag...as u do wink  anyway we was all on the bed naked next thing i heared the door open looking over i saw my sister stood in the door way just stood there looking at us  looking over trying to think of what to say she just said and theres no need to look at me like that young lady and walked out redface
Me and baz were in a very interesting position one morning , when we heard footsteps leading to our bedroom door confused i was lay down legs in the air with baz on top when the door opened......we were froze to the spot hoping it was,nt our teenage son . The door opened and there stood our 6yr old who with a look of confusion said " whay are you doing" i just casually said" " nothing we,re just thinking " dunno i did,nt know what else to say blink
Getting back to the question about books i love reading murder mysteries coffee

Currently reading at bedtimes;
Alexander on Chess
Virgin King (Richard Branson biography)
Your Money or Your Life (Alvin Hall)
The excitement in my life is none stop I tell ya.
Never caught on my own either (as far as I know) but I will just have to share this one with you.
When at Uni many years ago, me and the then g/f decided to stay overnight in a hotel in Edinburgh. Next morning, doing what comes naturally when in a hotel double bed - legs in air and lots of thrusting etc - when the fire alarm goes off!
Girlfiend says maybe be should stop and see what was happening.
No, no says McC - it will only be the weekly test and anyway I cant stop!
Alarms stops so on we go.
Suddenly, there is a loud crash and a fully dressed fireman bursts through the door!
He tells us that the hotel really is on fire and we must get out - like NOW and he will wait and escort us out sfalely!!!
So, we end up outside on the pavement with all the other guests, half dressed, embarrassed until the situation was resolved. We were allowed back in a bit later and as the fire had been in the kitchen area only we were able to get our things and make our way back to Uni.
Phone home that night to see how my mother was. She then told me that she had been going to a meeting in Edinburgh that morning, had parked her car and was walking to the meeting when she met g/f mother going to the same meeting so they walked alnong together. "guess what" she says "you know that cheap hotel the XXXXX? well this morning there were fire engines all over the place and half dressed people outside - place must have gone on fire or something"!
I found out years later that they did NOT know we were there - but it was in my mind for some time that they might have! lol

Brilliant book. smile I got bought it for a recent birthday cos it had been put back into print. I still love the book and will probably read it to my kids when I have some....... eventually.
I finished Harry Potter 6 a couple of weeks back and wasn't too impressed with it. Currently reading Northern Lights by Phillip Pullman and its a great book so far.

Just bought 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time', now if I could just get off this forum and pick it up..... banghead
Although I wouldn't call it a novel but I have been readin 15000 pages of short stories. Some of these stories are only a page long, while others are 5-6-7. You can only find reading material like this in our own cafe.
Not had a book in bed with me in years. Wish I would as I've lots of unread stuff, just don't have the time or energy at the moment. sad
As a kid, my parents just made up stuff, although when I did learn to read, i went through the Thomas the Tank Engine stuff first.
My bedtime reading material now are the 'Harry Bosch' novels by Michael Connelly.
