Beans on toast knowing me lol
since I am on my own this xmas ..... awww from the audience please (my entire family are running off to the caribbean on saturday) i haven't decided what i am having.....
got it down to duck or goose this year i think...... at least it meants i don't have to cook for 20 this year... leisurely me!!!!!
i'll just make me the whole trimmings......
brekkie for 4 days is bacon and egg sarnis all round 24th- 27th, xmas day we have chicken with all the trimmings as its only me and the son boxing day is all the trimming with turkey and a nice dessert not xmas pudding and a nice trifle with picky foods for tea on both days
light breakfast if i can stop the kids indulging in their selection boxes, then prawn cocktail for starters, beef, chicken and pork, with all seasonal veg, yorkshire pudds stuffing etc, followed by everyone else bloody washing up cos im going on strike the second i have served dinner lol sweet will be served much later because no one can move after dinner lol whatever your having, enjoy, and have an excellent day xx
For us , as there will only be me and hubby this year I will be cooking duck breasts with homemade cranberry sauce a few vegies n roasted potatoes, then if he has any room left he may have some ice cream. Tea will be watever is in the fridge.
tatty pie and red cabbage
Lots of stuffing......................
I shall be working throughout, so I'm currently toying with the idea of mixing a nice cocktail from the medicine cabinet...
