If you didn't have hobbies, friends and................ comedians?
Most of us have a hobby, of some kind, and we all have friends, but, my thought is, if we dint have people that made us laff, what would life be like? Pretty boring I'd say.
I like comedians like Jeff Foxworthy, Rodney Carrington, Larry The Cable Guy, etc, cos they make laff. They say laffing is good for you and I have to agree. Whenever I feel a bit low, I stick on a comedy CD and I soon get perked up.
Which comedians do you people like?

Well, if we didn't have them, then we wouldn't know what life was like with them, so it wouldn't be boring. Would it.
But in answer to the second part of your question: Robin Williams, Eddie Izzard, Jack Dee, Kathy Burke, Bob Monkhouse, Tommy Cooper, the list goes on and on...
Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders.........(adored the series Let Them Eat Cake...)

You have to be able to laugh, i think insanity might just kick in for some if they where never to laugh lol
Peter kaye he`s piss funny, and not forgetting the big yin.
sierra x x wink
Definately peter kay, was one of the lucky ones to get a ticket for his last tour and he's even better live than on tv. Lucas and walliams are touring with little britain live soon, that should be a riot!! Anyone you think is good on tv really should be seen on tour too. Some of the not so good comics come into their own on the stage. lol
i'm really into bill bailey at the moment,
phil jupitas stand up shows are good
jack dee,
lee evans,
peter kaye,
early jasper carrot.
billy connelly
mark lamar,(i know he's crap on telly and radio, but he's really good live)
tommy cooper...rip
pete cook and dudley moore...rip
and me, i'm doing my very first stand up set next year at a comedy club....(if i dont bottle it first), it's always a tough crowd.

That'll be Kevin "Bloody" Wilson. He's funny as hell. Rodney Carrington's an Amrecan version. Except he does more jokes and not as many songs.
Bill Hicks.... has to get an early mention... the man is a legend ! Would have been amazing to have him around now, i can imagine him having a field day with george Bush Jr....
and to para-phrase one of his better known jokes.. about IF men could give themselves blow-jobs.
" men would never go out if they could give themselves blow jobs... all you women would be here tonight on your own......
...... watching an empty stage....."
damn it all, i've got to say 'go postie'
Hicks was the god of all comedia. an amazing streak of logic, the desire to say exactly what he thought and an evil twisted humour that had the ability to stop you breathing through laughter. i'd have willingly voted him as president of the world.
would also like to commend richard pryor, peter cook, billy connelly and mel brookes for comedy greatness
League Of Gentlemen.
Without which, there would be no Little Britain.
Peter Kay
League of Gentlemen
Little Britain
Dave Allen was great,
Rob Newman
Mark Thomas.
Can't belive no one has mentioned the king of comedy AL MURRAY if we are ever in a mood we put on the pub landlord and laugh for an hour. Also Lee Evans, peter kay, richard preyer And the men in coat's. lol
