Ummm - I'm kinda assuming you've been on the photo ads a lot longer than being registered on forum ?
Have a read of previous threads on this subject (search button - top of page). There are always going to be timewasters - but some have genuine reasons for not meeting, not continuing etc. You haven't elaborated on what the problem is so we can't help you sort out what it is that is causing you to attract "timewasters".

Depends on what you mean by time wasters, if you think every person you contact is going to jump in bed with you 10 minutes later, you're going to meet a lot more friend.
On the other hand if you're being led up the garden path and left waiting somewhere for someone who promised to turn up but didn't, then I'm afraid that's all par for the course.
