I think ( and not completely sure ) but you can click on 'my posts' when you are in the main forum index page. It'll be in the top right hand corner. Hope this helped a little.
Yes you can or go to post history from profile but i think that goes to the same page as what Abilene suggested anyway so either or will do it.

If you look in the forum users online list the ones in green are mods. If you click on their name in the list profile will come up. Then click on the PM button to PM them.
Mke sure you pm the Mods who are in green text and not the ops who are in purple text.
You may have to wait till morning now though.
