Didn't England do well, say what you want but I think they done good
and please don't forget that many of the matches are being played at heights above see level of around 5000 feet sometimes much higher. how many of you can run around for 90 minutes at that altitude, I just spent 2 years living in the Swiss Alps, my lounge was just over 5000 feet up a mountain and even after 2 years acclimatization and skiing daily I could still get out of breath walking up the 4 flights of stairs where we lived. at the top of the mountain around 10,000 feet I would get out of breath using a sledge, so think about it boys n girls, they are in a very 
hot climate with very little oxygen.Shame about Scotland not qualifying, of course they only have a small population so cannot expect to compete with much larger countries like the USA or the Swiss, oh hang on Switzerland has a much smaller population than Scotland doesn't it, oh well I am sure that every Scotsman/woman is watching England instead, preying that we got through the league stages and into the knockout stage (just so they could face Germany and penalties next)
