Pills didn't work. This time the pain is now running up my face to my right eye.
Back tomorrow morning for another inspection!
Nerophen Is what you need for toothache I get it realy bad at times and it's all that will work for me. when i say really bad I mean on my hands and knees smashing my head against the floor sad and honestly the only thing that hits the spot so to speak is nerophen.

Ok quick update, tooth out, £45 lighter, and no pain thank goodness, mouth still numb, but it was so worth having it removed, all over and done with in about 10 mis or so.

Sheddy, if you have an abcess he won't touch it for now. He should give you antibiotics to clear it then see you again in a week or so.

Thanks Shireen I took my own and sassy's advice, She said they wouldn't do anything untill it'd gone so I decided to take the wimps option and take loads of pain killers and not bother going, for 2 reasons they scare the shit outta me and I couldn't find an NHS one that would see me and I hadn't got time to sit in A&E for hours :cry:
But suffice to say it's getting me down amongst other things :cry: but I'm a tough guy I'll cope confused

No Sheddy. If you read my post again, what I said was he would give you much needed antibiotics. That doesn't mean you don't need to go. Have a chat with him, explain your phobia ( you'd be surprised how many people have this ) and see if he can give you something beforehand to calm you down before any procedures.

Anti biotics are the only treatment for it sheddy ....
I did have a small absess a while back and managed to lance it myself with a hot sewing needle :shock: but an absess that is causing that much griefreally needs the proper medication to sort it then dental work to stop it happening again...
As Shireen said..................IfI can admit defeat and go then I'm sure you can..
It will be worth it in the end........At least thats what I keep telling myself....
