Whose postings do you look for?
I am like a lot of people on here, a normal nights scan would be:
1. Any post I started or replied on to see what has happened since.
2. A skim through the titles, like Ice I want to know what I am reading.
3. Of the nice titles sort them into size like KitKat, 2 Pages first, followed by 1 and 3 pages, then longer threads (if they really interesting)
4. Scan for replies or threads by people I know.
5. Start reading the other threads until I have skimmed all the threads I have not seen since my last login.
Obviously all time dependant
but back to the threads main point, who do I read the most... tough one... It is a long list, but a few names that pop into my head on spur of the moment are Jas-Tim, JudyTV, IcePie, Calista, Reese (or Vix), The Sarge, Libra+Love, Marms... oh I could go on :)
So yes it unfair on new peeps, but then as I say my first look is based on title, so write a good one :)

OK I was trying to make a point - honest!! Don't like popularity contests (yeah I know 'cos I always lose 'em!!). But enough people have given good alternative reasons here to open up the topic.
Does anybody find they venture into a thread and get embroiled in it and then emerge an hour later thinking - what the fuck did I spend all that time in there for? I do. But then I enjoy it too.

I don't tend to go for any in particular.. although to tend to avoid any started by Venus as the majority of her threads hurt my head 
I have been watching this thread since it began, wondering who I normally look for.
Well I have to say that I look for the regular posters. These are the people that constantly are here with a quick witticism, smartass remark, intelligent repartee', as well as some very good images - liike the new nurse avatar..
I am not going to single out any people, but to just say everyone contributes in their own way and their own time. I am just so glad that there are so many that have contributed to these threads.

I realised when sober, that it is probably an unfair question.
When I thought about it again I could have come up with at least 10 others!
It also occured that because I like to look for humour, the implication is that these people are not capable of anything else, which I know is far from the case.

Personally I don't look for certain people's posts.
I usually look at all the topics on the first two pages and then decided whether to reply to any or not!

I do a bit of both. I start by looking for an interesting subject and add to it if I am interested or have had genuine experience. If someone then develops the thread in a unique twist, I then follow the thread when I see they have posted. So sometimes one goes with the other.
There are a few posters who I am impressed with as having a more measured outlook so I do sometimes go straight to them to get a central point of view on a thread. This saves me having to read all the 'one liners' , multiple quotes within quotes and shitwit comments that detract from an interesting topic.
So if anyone has checked this posting because its 'me'.
