I've sent you an email, but on a public note....
Never pay any "agency fees" or sign up fees or any other fees in general to get on to agency books.
A agency may send you for a "test" which should be free... this is basically a small set of photos that is used to work out potential in front of the camera, it should not take more than about 1/2 hour. If they like the results then you may be asked to do a full shoot, some agencies do charge for this but this area is a minefield as some will have a list of prefered photographers, some will allow you to get your shots from anyone... you should shop arround photographers and find out how much they in general charge and if the agency photographer is charging significantly more then its probably a con.

thanks alot for that mate, very kind of you. Its such a tricky kinda buisness trying to trust and find the right one the ones im in the middle of organising a shoot with is a free shoot so.............. they have asked the sort of thing i wud n wudn't do so.........

I can handle any animal or insect but Spiders just scare the living daylights out of me... Even when I was on exercise in the army I'd run away... Its must have been so funny to watch me run away.
