This may be because:
1) You only have a cock shot on your profile - most women hate them.
2) You haven't even filled your profile in - if a woman likes your ad and clicks on your profile what does she learn?
3) Keep refreshing your adverts - if you see an advert and you recognise it you don't bother reading it again you just skip it.
