Hi all,just wanted to shout it from the rooftops, :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
I went for my 8 weekly weigh in today and have lost another stone,taking the grand total that ive lost to, 6 stone and a pound!!!!! :thrilled: :happy: :smile2:
So im in a cracking mood and thought id share it all with you guys,

Well done! But you forgot to say that you only weighed 8 stone before you began dieting, and now you only weigh the same as the average two year old :haha: wink

Mrs Easy had lost another 2 pounds last week (did the joke about looking under the car seat rolleyes

:lol: ). IIRC that takes the total to 1 and a half stone since christmas.
And we're not really dieting either, just cut out some kinds of food on certain days. :mrgreen:

:thrilled: well done clare, I just wish I could have the same commitment Iv always found dieting orrible and have found the best way for me to lose the dreaded pounds and inches is to have loads and loads of
sex
this has worked well in the past biggrin

and hopefully will do again.
Id love to know how you accomplished it and how long its actually taken !

Its taken since september and ive got another stone and a half to go.
And Bluexxx,ill never be 8 stone let alone 2 lol

Yes thats right give up chocolate completely,but hey its worth just being healthy in as many ways as possible.
I have now started a chocolate replacement therapy(sex of course)which wins hands down every time biggrin

that's, like, half a person ffs!! well two-thirds of a person in my case!
erm......just wondering if such obvious discipline extends to other areas?? lol

clare....multiple quotes.....you ready for this........
open notepad......then highlight and control-c the text you wanna quote.
control-v into notepad between blah blah blah but with quote obviously spelt rite....only way i can show you without it actually quoting.
cut'n'paste as many quotes as you like into notepad, with the rest of your post, then right-click in notepad, select all, control-c, hit the "reply" button and control-v your post, hit "submit" jobs a good un.....
now did that make any sense at all??? dunno
