Annabel is a very likeable,intelligent turns out she is not quite as comfortable with it all as she first claims.
She does end up in pain having so many not a turn on at all.

It seems a pointless and empty experience for all concerned.

I dont know what it was called but I saw the follow up film to the record breaking one!
That was even more disturbing .................... she no longer spoke to anyone in her family ... her head was shaved and she was in therapy .......... serious stuff !
