ok we have had problems with the pc and iv been without it for a week and its been more :upset: than banghead.
i never realised till now just how much i use the pc especially to use this forum and site, i felt like id lost my right arm.
am i sad, am i normal or are there more out there like me lol :lol:

Considering that many of us are here on a weekly if not daily basis, you're definately not on your own! sometimes people log in, read and log out.....sometimes we just lurk...and other times we post in little or big post-outbursts - but we are here! :lol:
I know folk who've been on holiday and gone searching for internet cafe's etc abroad just to come check in ........ :shock:
One of the very first posts to me as a noob was 'be careful its addictive'. Never a truer word spoken! wink

Your not alone cplbbw, i think the pc/internet is everyday life for most of us, if im without my pc for more than a day i feel like i'm missing something.

Why din't some one tell me this before lol I have known about this site for age's but only recentley started using the forum. Now i'm an addict I use my PC a lot mainly for work but as soon as I boot up I log into SH and keep the forum minimized and simply keep checking it out at regular intervals mainly because it's a friendly forum but also I enjoy the sense of humour most of the members seem to share. Prehap's the home page should carry a health warning.

i totally agree iv only been using the forums a few mlonths but iv been using the site for over a year and think i must have been mad not using them before but im trying to make up for lost time :lol: :lol:
i dont think untill you use the forums and the chatroom (well the old chatroom before they went and bloody wrecked it mad ) you dont really 'get' the whole sh community. its a great place and its welcomed me with opens arms this past few months, especially as iv been going through a hard time you guys have made it all alot easier and i thank you all for that kiss
and now iv tured this into a lovein so whos coming to join the fun????

Additctive never..... our power supply crashed so we nicked the kids computer for the night, just so we could log in. The computer takes pride of place and we all worshipe it on a regular basis.
Even the pets sit in ore when the almighty harddrive light is flashing :worship: :worship: :worship:

it's an absolute nightmare without the pc, i had a hard drive crash about a year ago and had to start from scratch. you don't realise what you have stored on it till you aint got it anymore.
hope yours is fully sorted now.

Another one here lol ... my backlight on my laptop went the other week so just had to steal the daughters monitor as I was getting all shaky and hot sweats with withdrawal symptoms ... sorted now ... went and bought a new laptop lol

dont talk to me about lap tops not only did my grafix card cock up(witch wasnt that bad i could sort that out) but the screen is fucked too banghead and its just not worth repairing so iv borrowed a pc for now till i can sort out a new laptop
so if anyone if flogging a cheap lap top pm me.

Does your laptop have to be mobile ... i ask because if its just the screen thats flucked up get yourself a cheap monitor and attach it to your laptop ... works a treat biggrin
