Sorry Happy Cats but no!
Have seen Dire Straights at Uni just before Sultan of Swings made it for them and again years later at Wembly.
I might have been biased but both were great gigs.

forced to see Alanis Morissette.
but hard to say what was my worst concernt. I dated a lot of "musicians" in high school an uni, and had to go to a lot of gigs.

i cant say what the worst was, as there have been no bad ones, but the worst after effects were from motorhead...profound deafness for 3 days, and the ringing in my ears went on for a further two weeks...

ARRRRRRRRGGH!!!! mad :x :x Saw Motorhead, Wembley Arena 2002, edge of the mosh pit, 20 yards from Lemmy, and his bass stacks, had a good mind to ring up for a refund - ringing in the ears had gone by the next morning, and that ain't a 'head concert
PS, Jags...I shagged the wife when we got home - I'm pretty sure of that.

Sorry!
Its just that impression I've got of them. They must have something about them!
Best concert I ever saw was China Crisis....... worst one was Cliff bleedin Richard... (My mum loves him, my dad hates him, so guess who got suckered into taking her to see him as a b/day pressie).....FGS! Why can't that boring git die!
Fortunatley never been to a bad concert (tochwood)
Best by far is Bon Jovi every time i've seen them.
Anybody know of any tickets available for U2 (preferably Cardiff)??

BeBop Deluxe - I was really looking forward to seeing them, had a single at the time "Ships in the night" They were crap, the backing band, Doctors of Madness blew them off the stage

I would agree up to a point. One of the worst was a Be-Bop-Delux concert, but not for them. Unfortunately the backing band wasn't exactly a band, it was a poet. This went down so so well at Newcastle City Hall. He lasted about 10 minutes.
Be-Bop were just amazing.
Oh err - just realised that was about 25 years ago and I am still cringing.
The biggest dissapointment was, would you believe, Meat Loaf. It started superbly but Meat just ran out of puff and after a few songs just warbled.
Not much of concert goer myself ....
worst has to be Showaddywaddy but I was only 6
Only other two I've been two are Erasure at the MK Bowl about 17 years ago and Bryan Adams about 8 years ago!
O h and the Macc Lads!!!!
I need to get out more!!!

Brave girl going to see the Macc Lads worship
REM at Notts Forest this week - godawful sound
erm.................boyszone!!!! i know i know but it was a long time ago n my mom made me go!!!!
Hmmm, I haven't really been to a bad concert....I just wanted to get under Lou!
Oh, hang on. I went to the launch of Kiss FM about 14 years back and Lyndy Layton was playing with JamTronic (This is jam hot....This boy is techno-tronic) and she got booed off. Twice. lol
Most disappointing gig i ever went to was The Clash in Sweden many years ago. We spent four days hitching/blagging our way to Malmo only to find upon our arrival that the band had split up mad :x :x
The worst gig i actually got to see was The Vibrators in Nijmegan The Netherlands a couple of years ago. They looked and sounded like a bunch of sad old gits .... a bit embarrassing really.
