Just a stab in the dark:
If you're using Internet explorer, any version really.
From a browser window:
go to 'Tools'
'Internet Options...'
'Advanced' tab
Scroll down till you see multimedia, some tick boxes that may help you here. I.E. 'Show Pictures' make sure it is ticked.
Then again is it just this site that you can't see pictures on?
I know this is a very basic solution but without all the symptoms its hard to diagnose.
