i'm my opinion thats his problem, it always nice to have guys who will wait to be invited but sadly most men in clubs will make a move and see if its ok rather than stand there and wait to be called over, but cause of this they will always get the womem b4 guys like your fella, i don't think its his looks that are holding him back in these cases more his lack of self confidance, may be if he went over and just lightly touched a woman and waited for her reaction more would let him carry on that you may think, having been using clubs for many years you kinda get a feel for diffarent situation and the guys who stand back and wait to be invited are deffo the ones who get left out.
I don't think hes a bad looking lad, not my type tho due to his age

As a guy on the swinging scene you cannot afford to be too shy - you will miss out on a lot of opportunities. Shy, sensitive men struggle in a scene where there are a lot of blokes with big ego's and big personalities - so get him to try beiing more chatty and flirty even if it doesn't come naturally to him.
Also I would suggest he tries going with the philosophy of intending to have a good time regardless of what he does or doesn't get. It is possible to go out to a swinging event and have a damn good time without having more than a laugh and watching some live-action porn. Going with the idea of rating your success based on how far you go with other people can mean you give of the wrong signals.

one visit to a club isnt much really, and although im not suprised that a 19 year old bi fem got what she wanted in 1 visit with blokes its a little different.
