have the pair of them have had enough cooking for you two? :P wink
there's two of you to do the dinner and two for the washing up.... perfect.
seriously getting a bit late for a booking i would have thought, hopefully i'll be proved wrong. you might want to try The Beeches in standish, if you're that end of manchester.
IIRC there's a few places in chinatown that stay open over xmas or maybe somewhere in Rusholme.

Failing that there is always the Salvation Army which has the added advantage of you not needing to dress up. wink

Most places will be booked up by now. Last year a family turned up at my place on Christmas Day and were genuinely suprised that we did not have any space for them - said they had been to a few places everywhere was full
And yes I checked outside to make sure they were not travelling by donkey.

Well if they were you could have just sent them round the back.
A lot of hotels with good restaurants offer xmas day dinner, also try the larger chain restaurants as they are bigger and may still have availability.

Forget Manchester! come to Denmark with me and have christmas lunch consisting of curried or vinegar preserved herring on thick oaty rye bread, boiled egg with mayoniase on battered plaice, medister sausage and the most awful snaps in the world to get you so drunk you don't notice what youre eating!
In all seriousness, try your local pub. Book a table now you might be lucky dunno
