I've not tried Xstasia and only been to Chams once so maybe my opinion won't count for much but I'm always read to give it. :twisted:
To my knowledge, Xstasia is a clothed club. It plays good music and people go for a dance and good night. If they feel they want to play, they slope off the dancefloor, do what they do and come back with their clothes again.
Seems a bit odd to me but anyway!
Chams is a towel club so pretty much as soon as you get there, you need to get changed. personally i prefer that but if it's your first club you might find Xstasia less intimidating?

Hmmmm, that sorta sums it up but having been to boths clubs I do prefere Xtasia.
Xtasia is a nightclub atmosphere where you dress as you please, if your hoping to join in the sex then the easier it is to remove the better lol. On my first time I was at ease wearing my own clothes, a towel does nothing for me lol, I mooched about observing what everyone else was doing. Its very easy to watch as the place is big and roomy. There are more 'intemate' area's over all 4 levels but as everyone openly watches its easy to feel more at ease joining in when invited. The only down-ish side to Xtasia is you must carry your money around with you for the bar, tho all prices are very reasonable.
At Chams yes, its mainly a towel code. Ladies can dress with more imagination if they like. But be warned, the ceilings are low, the rooms are small and so the place gets very hot & humid. Not good if you have any sort of claustrophobia. Veiwing areas are quite restricted cos of space & there are many rooms, some lockable, all around. A right little rabbit warren. The good point here is everyone gets a locker key so when you go to the bar its all charged to that and you pay on exit, so no carryin around bags or purses. Its also unlicenced for alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own to keep behind the bar for whenever you wish.
Both clubs have Jacuzzi's. Xtasia one downstairs and chams two on ground floor & better postitioned for 'passing through'
But on the whole the atmosphere at Xtasia to me is more exciting as it feels like your doing something naughty where you shouldn't.. where as chams feels like its more 'expected'
Both have security men around tho Xtasia's are more visible. Xtasia also have offsite parking with a free shuttle service to & from the club.

Having been to both i like chams best the kitchen roll on string at the end of the sofas and men shagging with their trousers round their ancles at xtasia really dont do anything for me i'm afraid lol saying that its a good club if you want to dress up and have a dance but i like chams better as its more relaxed. not sure where you get the ceilings are low and the rooms are small at chams tho i think their play rooms are much better than xtasia's i mean if the attick rooms arnt low cilings i dunno what is lol
I agree the attick room ceilings are bloody low 
I suffer slightly with claustrophobia so the heat in chams makes it feel like its closing in on me. I meant their ceilings are low compared to the lounge and bar area's at Xtasia.
Im glad you enjoy chams..I dont dislike it, am going sunday, just prefere the space at Xtasia, I dont feel closed in xx

Very new to the scene but we went to xtasia a few weeks back after it being highly recommended and we were very impressed.
We felt very safe as there are several floors and rooms to explore with some very sexy activities going on ( and yes we were tempted to shed a few clothes and a lot of inhibitions in the early part of the morning lol )
We can definitely recommend a visit even if it is just for a dance and a look round ( somehow I think you will be tempted to lose a few clothes too lol )

We have not tried xtasia YET but having been to Chams on several occassions we both like it very much. The staff are very friendly and helpfull they put you at your ease, being a female that enjoys a lot of attention it is good when you tell guys to back off(well my other half does I am usually too busy) and they do. There is no pressure at all we just viewed on our first visit.
Luckly for me, both Clubs are in taxi distance.
both are as good as each other. but for very different ways. for me it depends on what mood we am in for which one we chose. chams is rlexed and chilled, Xtasia is more lively.
if you are shy and new to the clubing see, there are NO lockalbe doors at xtaisa. so that can be quite nevering untill you get used to the eyes and stuff. so i would reconmend Chams for a starter. then Xtasia after. but if you dont mind the openess then go for xtasia.

I dunno ... I prefer the towel thing 'cos it instantly puts everyone in the same situation.
I've been to a club where people wander round the playrooms fully clothed and it's very off-putting, if not intimidating.
Taking away the barrier of normal everyday clothing is an ice breaker already.
A swinging club is the last place anyone should worry about being body-conscious. There's alsorts of shapes and sizes - and thank god, or I'd be a recluse!

I'd like to go for the experience of just seeing what the place and atmosphere is like, and maybe more once I'd relaxed a bit, but I'd be really shy wearing just a towel :shock:
Only been to chams once most wore towells some in undies or both
blokes wore towells or shorts. I wore shorts.
I was bricking it before i went in but felt quit easy once there. But it was mostly people i chat to anyway in the mids room who were there that night. I was shown round and spent the rest of the time in the lounge / bar area

Right I can only decribe where it is as Im not a local so here goes...
If you drive past the club, keeping it on your left hand side, you come to a set of lights and road bares round to left. As you go through them you take immediate next left turn. As you do that there is a general car park on the right where there is some recycle bins etc, its that one there.
There is a security man in a car that sits there all night you just park up in the spaces immediately on the right and there should be a car waiting with engine running...if not, it will be back in a matter of minutes, just stay in your car n wait xx

Right I can only decribe where it is as Im not a local so here goes...
