There have only been three reality shows I have got into, Lad's Army, Bad Lad's Army and Hell's Kitchen ( Gordon Ramsey ) :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: . All these have one common thread - total amateurs being turned into professionals, while getting shouted at and sworn at a lot :giggle: :giggle: :giggle: . Anything else is a bag of shite flipa ( no, not really, I do have an inkling of the viewing figures :cry: )
