ooh its a beautiful area I had the most wonderful night camping up that way last year. We were up on top of manifold valley. the view was wonderful by day and by night the sky was clear as anything so ya could see all the stars. If walking is your thing then try the roaches or near by lud's church though both can be a bit of a walk (I train up there when I go mountaineering) the views are wonderfull.
and there is plenty of secluded spots

I used to live in Ashford-in-the-water about a mile away. Lovely village & at this time of year will be doing the well dressings. Lovely to see & a lot of hard work put into them. (I know I used to do them). Have a lovely time
