Yorkshire munch - thank you thread

I had to leave early, so it falls to me to be the first to say a big thanks to hisandhers and NWCpl for tonight's munch. Excellent location (phew, thank goodness we were allowed outside to get some fresh air), excellent organisation, and excellent company: familiar and new faces. biggrin

Thank you for a most enjoyable time the hostest looked really hot (pity she wouldnt let beastmaster flog her )and for making us feel very welcome,Redwine_lover to his diligence in afixing diode to miss reds left breast and the painstaking way he made sure it was fitted correctly.
Look forward to seeing everyone soon especially Tanina looking forward to halloween and remember our offer lol

Another excellent evening out amongst friends. Thanks to all those invovled in the organisation both in front of and behind the scenes.
Lovely to put some more faces to names and I really am sorry I didn't get round to saying hi to more of you. I kinda begged Feklar to take me because I wasn't 100% fit yesterday and I didn't want to let down those we'd offered a place to crash/give lifts to/ look after etc. Which is also the reason we snuck off a little earlier than we normally would have.
So to those I met/chatted/said hi to, lovely to meet you all
To those I didn't get around to, my humble apologies and look me up next time when I promise to be more like my usual self and not sitting/propping myself up against something in a corner all night.
Great munch everyone... here's to many more badges to add to the collection

Many thinks go to hisnhers for organising a super night out....
Blimey hers was like a cat on hot bricks worrying about whether things would go ok and if anyone turned up :-)..

I wont mention names as I am bound to forget someone but just to say a special thanks to a gorgeous hostess for a super night and a birthday prezzie and a card kiss

It was our first munch last night and it was good to meet with friends old and new. After many years I can now put faces to names. Thanks to the organisers, it was a fantastic night. I hope we will all meet up again soon.

thankyou to all those that were involved with the organisation. you did a smashing job. the venue was so easy to get to and the directions were great. It was well worth the 2 1/2 hour journey. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

just got back in..had a great night, thanks to everyone that helped organise it and to everyone that turned up and a mad

to those that didnt after all the planning that went into it and cancelled at the last minute....but it was a great night for all that showed..met some new people and put faces to some names as well..

Hijack Mode On:
If you already have SatNav and it isnt one of the ones which you cant download the camera stuff, then Aldi did something a week or so ago. It was a camera and mobile camera warning thingy redface

It was around Â£60 and it warned you of accident blackspots, speed limit changes, cameras and mobile cameras. It came with an option of updating the info after the first year, and I think it was around Â£30 for three years worth of updates.

We'd like to add our thankyous to NWC and Gingerjo/Lee for organising a fantastic night out. It was our very first munch and we were made to feel most welcome by everyone there. It was great to see some old friends and to put ome faces to the names from the chatroom, esp Mike2020 and Mr and Mrs Mikeq. As we've said, this one was our first but it certainly won't be our last!!!! Once again, many many thanks to the organisers and we hope to see you all again very soon.
