I was just wondering why some people need to post in someone's thread in "Let's meet up".....with "you have a PM" or" PM sent"....i mean you don't really need to that as you get an e-mail telling you that you have a private message threads can go two pages with just this happening and i just think it's pointless.

In that case it depends on the convo, the text message could have contained something you didn't want to say in public.

da69ve only when you have the settings switched on in your profile honey otherwise you have to look up at the PMs at top of page

I get a pop up window each time - no need to go to read emails (that just seems a bit odd having to fetch mail to see if someone has sent a PM!)
Anyway - NO MORE rubbish .... please??

And that's SUCH hard work for some isn't it?
If I remember right, it's set to send an e-mail automatically when you get a PM - in your profile, the first time you are there you don't turn the setting on 'cos it already is.

I cancelled the notification to my email box by mistake and I don't always log in so if someone writes, Sent you a PM then I will log in and check.
