Well if it's taken you since Sep 2005 to research that:
1) Then you spend way too much time on here researching - maybe you should join the wankers? Who's having more fun? The guy's wanking or the saddo researching?
2) Er... ditto, if 'fat' bothers you that much then get yer own house in order first and cut down on the researching online for over three years and 'up' the treadmilling down the gym
