What was your best year to date?
1999 was a pretty good one for me. I graduated, moved into my own place for the first time, had a job I loved and a great social life. I also met one of my best mates who started off as simply a f*ck buddy, but came to be so much more than that. I was having great sex with some good people.
Ten years ago - wow, time flies.
So, what was your best year and why?
hmmm thats a tough one....will have a think and come back to this!
hopefully every year that comes is better than the last
I would say that last year was pretty amazing,
I realised that I wanted to spend the forseeable future with Worlass. She is beautiful and with each day I love her more and more. We made some important decisions about our life and goals and several of those will reach fruition this year the first being her moving in, in February.
My son continues to be wonderful and I admire every thing he does.
I achieved a big promotion at work and although I didn't realise exactly what I was getting into I am pleased I made the leap.
My friends are always lovely but last year was particularly wonderful as we got to spend some quality time together and got closer still.
I made some important decisions about people who should and shouldn't be in my life. I cut the deadwood and invested some serious time in building relationships with those I 'kept'
I got into some new music and spent a fortune on I-tunes.
I realised where I wanted to be in my life and am working hard to achieve that.
I made some decisions about how I was behaving in certain situations that I needed to change.
We and I had some fantastic sexual experiences.
Ummmmm saying all that, and there is more. I would say that this year is shaping up nicely too. I would say that my best is yet to come.
wow splen that sounds wonderful....go you!!!
That is a really hard question, but a good one to get the brain working.
In truth i think i would have to gor for several, but dfor different reasons of what was important in my life at time.
The 1st was probably 1976, fantastically hot summer spent most of it camping and surfing in cornwall wioth no cares in the world
Well the last 3 aint been great but i think the best would be in the region of 86 to 90.
hmm, i would say last year was pretty good....yeah there were some hideous bits, but i got 'into' facebook and found loads of school mates i havent seen for years, and in particular my first true love......that I had aged 6 :inlove:
I hadnt seen or spoken to him in 30 years since we moved away, but i found him and we hit it off straight away, found we have loads in common and have now become such good friends :rascal: I love him to bits and it feels like those 30 years have just melted away.
I also got to shag a very good msn friend who I'd been dying to, after flirting heavily with him on msn for 2 years, and i have to say he certainly lived up to the anticipation!!
made some fab mates on here too during last year and cemented those friendships even further during last year, which was and still is fabulously lovely!
My best year was my 30th year in 2003 going into 2004. Without a doubt! :bounce:
I bought my flat, I met someone and fell in love, I went to New York and fell in love all over again!
I do not think about it.
I fell in love, it brook my heart the following year. So was it a good year when I fell in love?
Then I lost my way for a year. If I had not I would never had met my teacher. I would never have become the person I am now.
Life is strange, bad years make good ones, good years make bad. How can one year be better than another?
This year is the best year! Now is the best time!

Last year was our first full year of SH membership and we felt able to rely on our eldest son to babysit regularly so could socialise more. We've only met a few peeps to play with so far but it has been well worth it. We also discovered swinging clubs
MrG went self-employed so he could do things during the day, mainly for kids, without asking boss's permission first. A great relief when you've got 5 of the little buggers still at school! :thrilled:
My son passed all his GCSE's against expectations. :notes:
But I think this year is going to be better
1989
I have nomemory of it whatsoever.
not a bad thing at all.
lp
I had a wonderful few months, starting with my first munch at Christmas 2006, when I met a lovely sweet guy, who I was very close to.
And then, last year, changing my job, becoming self-employed, being paid to do something I love so much... so 2008, and hopefully if I can carry on working, 2009 will be even better.
Well I've started off 2009 by meeting a new fb and rekindling the flames of wanton lust with at least 2 more..........bring it on!!!!
