everyone has a different sense of humour,we all like different comedians, some you can't stand some you love .So which comedian are you most like(humour wise not looks),they could be young or old, past or present....i think i an a cross between Jonathan Ross and Roy Chubby Brown!...
I don't 'get' Phoenix Nights' at all  but Peter Kaye stand up is brilliant.
Bill Bailey - especially early years in Rubber Bishops
Billy Connolly
Dara O'Briain - saw him in March - just fantastic
Eddie Izzard
Oooh.. can I add more later after a glass of wine?
:P
My favourite known comic is Jackie Mason, but I havn't seen any on stage for the last few years and I wouldn't take television performances as any kinda bench mark, it just isn't as good.
Eddie, without a doubt, been to see him many times and each time he's been face achingly funny. Paul Murton is a very clever, funny guy, very quick witted. Jack Dee, love his demure dry humour. Billy, just 'cos he's Billy.

It has to be Peter Kay, Jethro or Alan Davies for me.
Would have to be Tony Prescott for me.......

..We like that dry sense of humour the last 2 have but you just can't beat Lee Evans
I'm have eclectic tastes when it comes to comedy, guess it depends on my mood. but here's a list of faves.
Billy Connolly
Eddie Izzard
Jeff Green
Jimmy Carr
Jonathon Ross
Mark Thomas
Hmm I guess the theme is irreverence Lol
Well this is a given,
I'm from Bolton
I've got a Bolton accent
I'm slightly rotund
But my God if I hear anyone say "Garlic Bread" at a buffet again, then I hope the judge is merciful.
There isn't anyone quite as angry as Dennis Leary. Or funny....
Missy,
Apparently, it's the future so who am I to complain. But
How Dare You
Not wanting to sound pedantic here, but are we not getting off topic here slightly.
The original question surely was not what your favorite comedian/enne is, but who are you most like?
For me, i am not like anyone ................
oh ok - well possibly, just sometimes, there is a small amount of Robin Williams in me (not literally I might add)
i love Billy Connolly but i also like jasper Carrot and Lenny Henry, his stand up stuff's best
After much thought... I'd like to think I am a bit like Paul Merton. In that I like to play with words, situations and pick up on what others say. I , of course think I am screamngly funny.
The comedian that made me laugh the most .... Tommy Cooper.
Paul
Why, do you get paid by the column inch?
