I do quite a nice Creole(ish!) shrimp.
Basically it's prawns sauteed in creole seasoning with some onion (usually use spring onion but have also used leek) garlic and a splash of white wine. Then add mange tout and baby corn. Fry off lightly, add creme fraiche and more creole seasoning to taste. Serve with wild rice.

Unfortunatley, if i ate prawns then about 5 or so hours later it would be magiacally transformed into something vomity and projectile like :eeek:

Thai prawn fishcakes drizzled with sweet chilli sauce.............as a starter
followed by
King prawn thai green curry.......over a bed of Jasmine rice.
great thing is fishcakes take 15 mins in oven......and the thai curry just takes 5 mins in wok. Quick easy..and delicous !!
