Please help me. I might be an idiot for asking this but here goes anyway. How do i sort out the zone alarm and IM (what is IM and how do i get that sorted) in order to get onto the chat room?
turn down your blockers.....you running the pro version or other?
Blockers? sorry, completely computer illiterate
Right click on the zone alarm thing on your little taskbar next to your clock...
Then select restore zonealarm control centre...
Then select privacy, turn down the cookies and ad blocking software.....may work
No promises though!!
You may need the java thing from sun microsystems.......
there is no zone alarm icon near the clock. Am i being a bit thick?!
